Q:When do you have difficulty making choices?
A:Im not particularly good at interpreting survey data.Ive really worked to get to know our research staff and librarians.I rely on them and am careful to thank them formally in front of my vice president.Were definitely a team,and I'm careful not to take credit for our industry reports,which we publish for the Pacific region of our firm.

A:At one point we had an opportunity to purchase conveyor equipment at thirty cents on the dollar from a company that had dissolved.Although we anticipated an overhaul of our distribution facility five years down the road,I felt it was too far into the future to spend money only to have idle capacity for a fiveyear period.If market conditions had shown more promise for new sales in the initial twoyear period,I would have gone ahead with it.
